After spending 15 years as a business consultant, I reached a point where professional success no longer equated to personal fulfillment. My time wasn’t my own, travel was constant, and the work I poured myself into ultimately belonged to others. I knew I wanted more control over my schedule, greater financial independence, and the ability to build something lasting—something that could become a true legacy.
A lifelong dog lover, I decided to follow my passion and take a leap into business ownership. In 2011, I was awarded the very first K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel franchise. After two years of years of planning, building, and preparation, we proudly opened our doors in May 2013. What began as a bold new venture quickly became a thriving, community-focused business.
Over the next decade, I built an award-winning franchise rooted in exceptional customer service, trust, and genuine care for both pets and their owners. My dedication to clients and commitment to excellence became the foundation of the business’s success. In 2020, I was honored to receive the Franchisee Award from the International Boarding and Pet Services Association, a recognition that affirmed both the quality of our operation and the values behind it.
In 2023, I successfully sold the business and relocated to be closer to family, marking the close of one chapter and the beginning of another. Today, I leverage my experience as both a long-time consultant and successful franchise owner in my role as a franchise broker.
My mission is to help others achieve financial freedom and fulfillment through franchise ownership.
